Lucky me, I got a mixed lot of cels on YJ last 
night, including a really nice Carrot from BH, a 
longstanding wish of mine.  *happysigh*  One of 
the other cels is a teeny image of Naga from 
Slayers... but the third one has me utterly 
stumped.

Does anyone have a clue on the little bluehair up 
top?
