I've noticed some people tend to put their cels 
into their cel books WITH the bags still on 
them.. and others seem to just slip their cel 
behind the plastic sheets in the book, so the 
black paper of the celbook shows through (if 
there isnt a sketch) ....is there a certain way 
thats best to display ones cels in a book? I just 
got one recently, and wanted to know the best way 
to do this.. I'm tempted to just put the cels in 
by themselves, but am afraid of hurting them. I 
just feel the plastic bags around the cels under 
the plastic sheets in the book, take away the 
beauty of the cels......
