It says the cel is three layers, with arms each a 
seperate layer, and it only comes with once 
sketch.  So that would make it a partial sketch, 
and that is why it looks off like you said.  So 
that doesn't mean it's a fan cel... in fact, has 
anyone ever seen a mutliple-layer fancel?
