Thanks for the translation!  Below is a link to a 
scan of the entire sketch.  Another sketch in the 
sequence had some "sweatdrop" writing, too.  
Whenever I try to blow it up, it just gets 
distorted.  If you can see (and read)it and want 
to take a crack at the translation, feel free 
to.  ^_^ I have included that link as well.
