Finally, a topic I can reply to!  =)

I love backgrounds - I decided a few months ago
to start collecting these, as I love animation 
and couldn't bare not to collect ANYTHING (as
cels drained my pocketbook and made me a rabid
site-watcher) from anime shows.  (*Hint, hint*
if anyone has some they'd like to sell, I'd love
to buy them!)

Anyway, you can look at my link above

few pages of backgrounds... and at least
half of them look like scenery where you 
wouldn't have a cel to go with it anyway
(kinda like Luna-art's gorgeous Crystal Tokyo
background).  If there was a cel to go with it,
it was probably a miniscule image and trashed by
the studio or whomever got a hold of the artwork
after the production...
