shouldn't he (and us) respect the policy...is he
taking the cels without the companies consent?  

Once the anime is finished airing, the studio
would release the cels...right? and then it would
become cheaper...unless he is selling for a good
price.  And *IF* the studio decides *not* to
release the cels...well...the he stole the cels
and I'm not sure I would want to partake in
illegally obtained goods...regardless of how much
I enjoy the anime.
