Whoops!  I forgot to mention this O~O!  When you
get an IPMO from the post office, you pay in CASH
(or your CHECK card which directly takes money out
of your bank account):

total amount you need   $3.25 fee by the USPS

The MAXIMUM amount on an international postal 
money order that you can get from the post office
is $700.00.  If you to send more than $700.00,
you have to get 2 or more international postal
money orders (i.e., you still pay the total
amount   ($3.25 x the number of IPMOs you need)).

You MUST pay in CASH since what you are getting is
redeemable in CASH (or CHECK card).  You can NOT
use your credit card to pay for money orders.  I
