At one stage we had a situation  where Card 
Captor Sakura cels were relatively cheap as US 
dealers got their initial stocks but the demand 
in Japan went ballistic esp for Sakura cels.

As demand in both markets has soared some 
equilibrium has sort of been restored but you 
only need look at the prices for opening cels of 
Sakura Kinomoto on Yahoo Japan or really kawaii! 
cels in specific battle costumes which can fetch 
upwards of JPY 40,000.

I think that the most valuable cels (other than 
the usual opening and closing cels are those of 
Sakura wearing specific battle costumes.
I know I'd pay quite a bit for some.
