So, say I have some cels that come right after 
the other...how do I link them up so they are 
animated?  Is there a site that shows you how 
to do this?  Or...say I have a cel and I draw 
more cels that follow it...how do I make it 
animated?  Any tips or links to websites 
showing how would be greatly appreciated.
