Indeed..very normal. A week? wow they must like 
you...I waited for 2 weeks to get a reply both 
times I ordered...first time...trouble 
free...second time...they mixed my cel with 
someone else...I ended up sending the cel to 
Austrailia for them and Mangaya reinbursing me 
for the shipping cost nad sending the right cel 
to me. But I like some of their prices...so i 
suppose I can handle waiting...but lately the 
prices have increased alittle.
