This is a beautiful cel of Tapion from Movie 13.  
I purchased this cel from Matthew Dunkirk.  It is 
in excellent condition and is ready to be sold.  
I honestly don't want to sell this cel because it 
is teh one highlight of my collection.  I offered 
it once before on Animanga, but no one had made 
any offers.  This cel will be the highlight of 
anyones collection, unless you have a gogeta :).
