I would never consider buying a cel from a series 
I have never seen. I might see the anime if it 
has good looking cels and then possibly collect 
cels from it. I collect by seeing an anime and if 
I like it, I usually get cels from in, especially 
if there is a person I really liked in the anime. 
On the other hand, I will not get a cel simply 
because its of a rare character or it took place 
durring a rare part. I only buy cels which I 
think look really good. I try not to give in and 
buy a cel simply of who is featured in it. 
Usually I buy cels of my favorite characters from 
my favorite animes.

You made a mistake when you started getting into 
collecting cels. You will soon find yourself 
broke with nothing to show for it but a few 8" x 
10" pictures. I love collecting cels :)
