Pocky is great!  It's small wheat or bread 
type sticks dipped in chocolate, strawberry,
or etc. type coatings.  I love eating pocky!
It just seems to go so well with anime.  It's
a very common snack in Japan, and is sold in
most Asian markets.  I'm pretty sure that 
the cel is from the first ep.
I highly recommend the series.  It's one
of the best out there, IMO.  I currently don't
have any cels from Bebop though.
   I wouldn't cancel your auction though.  Just
add to the description.  Feel free to quote me.
It's been awhile since I've seen the first ep
though.  So I'm just going by what I remember.
