I reworked the pages a bit and put them back up. 
I obviously need to do more research but if 
anybody has suggestions, please let me know -- 
post here or email me.

I've tried to put all I could find about typical 
scams. I'd especially like your help in posting 
about those series that are commonly reproduced 
or made into fan-art, etc. Maybe there could be a 
section id'ing reproduction cels and I could take 
donated images from people? (I don't take credit 
for this idea but it's a good one, don't you 
think?)

PS: oh yeah a few new Sailormoon cels -- 
including a wishlist cel of Beruche! And a new 
one to Mahou Tsukai Tai.
