Not really. The trend seems to be heading toward 
more of a balance like for anime fans in general. 
I thought it would even out more at last years 
meeting like it did from 98 to 99's meeting,but 
it was around the same. No big thing. 

Judging from the cel galleries listings (and not 
from cel discussion areas) it would seem to be 
fairly close. Although for many cel galleries you 
would never be able to tell (unless you talked 
with/or know the owner) since many people use a 
pseudonym. You could try to guess based on the 
cels they collect, but that doesn't always work 
either. :)
