He could just be making an investment to sell off 
at higher prices to other people and might not 
know anything about cels at all..or even the 
series.
  Fun thing about cel collecting is that you have 
to practically be an expert on any series you are 
collecting or you pay too much..
  I dont know anything about dbz cels Ive never 
seen the series..are the prices unusual?
