The Fushigi Yuugi cels have been uploaded to the 
cel gallery. The Kiki's cels are the same ones as 
before. 

The comments from last time were informative and 
well appreciated, so I've done something similar 
with the latest set. 

I've also added a FAQ for those who just want to 
read ;)
