I found the right Washu cel that I want, but its 
on Yahoo!Japan.  I tried to go through Celga, but 
they only accept paypal.  I tried to register 
with paypal and they had problems with my card.  
Nobody else that I've ordered from has had 
problems, just paypal.  Are there any other 
reputable deputies that take a form of payment 
other than paypal?
