Hi there.  As far as I remember, I've never 
posted anything here (though I considered 
doing so a while back).  So I think an 
introduction is in order before I get to the meat 
of my post.  My handle is Captain JLS, but you 
can call me Jon (though I prefer to be called 
Jonathan).  I've been anime cel collecting for 
about a year and a half, maybe a little longer, 
and my collection can be viewed at the 
website linked above.  (Just got back from 
Expo with some interesting stuff, to say the 
least.  Oh, and for those who, like myself, don't 
have broadband-type connections, sorry about 
the load times on my site.  I can get a li'l 
carried away with the graphics ... @_@)  And 
for the record, I'm kind of a mecha freak, 
though I don't have that many actual mecha 
cels ... kind of a sore spot there ... grr ...

Anyhoo, being a mecha freak, the show that 
got me into anime in the first place was that 
love-it-or-hate-it amalgamation of three 
formerly unrelated mecha anime sagas we 
like to call Robotech.  And much to my joy, I've 
got at least two cels each from ALL of the 
animated shows that make up the Robotech 
saga (Macross TV, Southern Cross, 
Mospeada, and even Megazone 23 Part 1--
well, actually the footage that Harmony Gold 
comissioned to end their Robotech movie, but 
it's the same character designs), except for 
one little thing ... I don't have a cel from 
Harmony Gold and Tatsunoko's 1986 aborted 
attempt at an original Robotech production, 
Robotech II: The Sentinels.  I remember 
seeing one on eBay a year or two ago, and 
remember it vividly--it was of Jean Grant 
chiding her son, Bowie, right before Rick and 
Lisa's wedding.  Another cel from the series 
popped up earlier this year of Rick and Lisa 
during their wedding, but it turned out to be a 
fake.  (Double-checked it with the tape before I 
retracted my admittedly ridiculous bid, and felt 
like a knucklehead for falling for it--it was a 
pretty shoddy-looking copy.)

So, does anyone know any place on-line that 
currently has any Sentinels cels for sale?  I've 
been looking for about as long as I've been 
collecting anime cels, and outside of that one, 
I've been pretty unsuccessful.  Can anyone 
help?
