Here is an animation gallery in Houston, called 
Fine Toon Animation Art. They are great, REAL 
fine cels, like Disney, Warner, and all the great 
features! They do an excellent framing job as

As for cel shops, there is Planet Anime, over in 
the Rice Village, and Fine Toon.  They are both 
close together too. I cant remember just how to 
get there now, but I think if you take loop 610 
to Kirby, it's easy to find from there :).  Hope 
that helps!  I need to get over there next month 
to get some things framed!!
