Okay, thank you for trying to help me here! I saw 
this character on a poster at my local anime 
store, and not even the people working there knew 
the series name or anything, but well, on the 
poster was some main blond guy, which I found 
that character on this cel. Also was some girls 
with skimpy pantie shots, but we didn't know what 
it was. Any help would be great! Thanks!
