question. What is the best way to go from DVD 
screen capture to making a background copy. I want 
to frame a cel and it will look alot better with a 
background(handpainted isnt that important)Ive got 
a good screen capture so now what. I know Im being 
a pain in the ass, sorry, but thats my job.
