Hi everyone,

Two questions ^_^:

Question 1: Being the cel otaku that I am, I want 
to do screen captures of my cels. I've been 
expermenting with this on my Gundam Wing DVDs. 
The thing I have noticed is that I don't seem to 
be able to pause on the scene I want. It's as if 
the DVD has exact spots where it will "pause" and 
for some reason with my DVD software there isn't 
a way to "slow step" or continually pause, so I 
am sometimes unable to get to the exact frame I 
want to caputre.

Question 2: I am getting really irritated because 
my computer keeps saying I have to pick one 
region or another. I have both Region 1 and 
Region 2 DVDs. It's getting to the point where 
it's going to make me do a "permanent choice" 
(which will have to be Region 2 because I don't 
have anything else to play them on). 

Now, note, this is a "in the computer" DVD 
player, not a stand-alone DVD player. My stand-
alone seems to to the slow stepping just fine. It 
(of course) only plays Region 1 DVDs.

So, I guess my question is, does anyone have a 
recommendation on a not-too-expensive (free is 
good! ^_-) DVD player software that will give me 
a little more flexibility ? Something that allows 
me to do slow steping and no region restrictions?

I want to see my cels with backgrounds ^_^!
