I had to do a doubletake when I saw this. This is 
an almost identical background from Gojira vs. 
Mechagojira II, after MG destroys Gojira's 
hindbrain and just before Fire Rodan shows up. 
They pan around MG with (what I thought was a 
picture) of Tokyo in the background. The 
lighting, angle and perspective looks the same. 
Too cool!

Wanna sell it? It'd look really good as a 
backdrop for my daikaiju toy collection :)
