Tonight I noticed that a multi-layer cel I own 
has either the letter and number circled or 
has "end"...or in the case of Kiyone's head, C1 
circled and "end". Is there a specific name for 
this kind of cel?
It's of Mihoshi from Shin Tenchi after Tsugaru 
attacks and she stands trembling before Kiyone. I 
want it framed but the BKG is stampled to the 
cels and is 18" long; the first cel oversized and 
the rest standard. Only 3/4 of the background is 
painted (on the far right, where the cels where 
stampled on) so 4 1/2 inches of blank background 
is to the left. I don't want the BKG cut (it has 
the AIC stamp) or remove the staples. Has anyone 
had this problem and successfully framed a cel? 
May extra extra wide matting? ^_^ Thanks in
