Actually I was at AX last year and originally I 
didn't want to mention the cel I was referring to 
that Splashpage currently has for sale is the one 
I held at AnimeLinks booth. This is the BGC OVA 
of Priss in the Hardsuit. As backgrounds go they 
aren't common especially if its from the sequence 
as such I've been wondering if Splashpage buys or 
trades amongst dealers and not amongst individual 
cel collectors. WHen I called they told me that 
they only buy from dealers in Japan so then if 
thats true how the heck did they get Rick's cel 
as he is in CA, U.S.A.??! Even if he sold it to 
an individual collector how did it find its way 
to Japan?! Very unlikely. I've talked with Rick 
and well he isn't the same person let alone 
affiliated with Splashpage comics. Hence the 
reason why I am questionable about their 
practices as I too HAVE NOT HEARD from them 
regarding my cel inquiry/order for over 7 days. I 
had to call and fortunately they have a 800 
number otherwise I'd be sitting and sitting not 
know what the heck was going on!
