Anime Chaos had a cel almost identical to this 
one for sale at $167   shipping back in December-
January.  Although I can't say that this is the 
reason why people are avoiding your auction, but 
it's something you might want to keep in mind.

I also know that money is tight for a lot of 
people right now, especially with AX, marriage, 
car wrecks, the Anime-Taro-sale-aftermath, and 
all the other delightful things happening on this 
board recently.
