Hello,

When making a new cel layer with just the outlines
would it be better to use paint or an ink pen that
don't destroy the acetate? (is there even such a 
thing?) I receieved a cel, that has severe line 
fading, but I don't want to get rid of it and I 
can't afford to have it professionally restored. 
Any info people could give me on this would be 
greatly appreciated.
