Hey, at least they still have their clothes on! :P

I'm guessing this is Princess Minerva judging from 
some similarties in character design to other cels 
I've seen from that series.  But, I really don't 
know.  

Anybody?  Anybody?  Anybody know what this is?  
(Besides a reference to Ferris Bueller?)
