Could someone knowledgeble in El-Hazard
take a look at the above auction and let me
know if the cel is an actual production cel?
It looks like the real deal, but I'm concerned
about the orientation of the image on the
cel.  The auction says it's on a standard size,
but the image being longways doesn't make
sense to me with the pegholes and all that.
