Hi, I have my two Don Bluth cels framed.  I got 
them done at an animation cel gallery in 
Houston.  All they deal in is animation cels, 
from Disney, Bluth, Fox, and other animation 
houses here in the USA.  They dont carry anime, 
but they have a beautiful stock of the finest 
American cels you can get!  They also do framing 
and care, and restoration!  I bought one of my 
Bluth cels from them already framed, and the 
other I got elsewhere, but also had it framed 
there.  I think Framing is the most honorable 
thing you can do for your favorite cel!  PLus, if 
you get it done right, by pros, it will preserve 
your cel for years and years!  None of my Bluth 
cels have any damage at all, and I've had them
