I've looked over the episodes with feamle 
characters prominant in them, and she is 
definitely not from OLS. As I said in my first 
message, I think the person who sold this cel may 
have MISTAKEN it for Valeria. I did not say that 
it was Valeria. I have seen this series from 
start to finish more times than I am willing to 
say without embarassing myself^_^. Valeria has 
blonde hair, but looks more like Wendy O' 
Williams than Heather Locklear LOL! I have seen 
cels sold on ebay in which the seller says it is 
from OLS and bares some kind of resemblance to a 
character. Believe it or not, but most anime cel 
collectors have either not seen or even heard of 
Outlaw Star, even after the show was played on 
Toonami. For an example of what I am talking 
about, go HERE and see a post I made a while back 
concerning this same problem. Sorry Cel Master, 
but it is a very nice cel in any regard.
