I haven't seen all the dealers galleries, but I 
would just ASSUME they have great cels. Do you 
think that they are NON-cel collectors, or even 
NON-anime fans? I know if I was a cel dealer - I 
would get all the cels I loved and could get 
ahold of. It's one of the jobs perks.
And as I realized quickly about a week ago - the 
dealers DO sometimes sell some of thier personal 
collection. (i.e. Animegame and the death scene 
nuriko).
You get a discount at your job - they get "first 
picks" on cels.
