This cel is from "Kiko-chan's Smile" a weird 
little series about an angel who was forced to 
come to earth in order to earn his wings. He gets 
stuck in the body of a black cat (known only 
as "Neko") and his task to earn his wings is to 
make a really horribly grumpy little kid 
named "Kiko-chan" smile. Anyway, here's a nice 
piccy of Neko ^__^!
