I have a relatively high paying job at a 
financial institution. However living overseas in 
New Zealand. The local currency here is weak 
($1.00 to USD0.40) and Shipping from Japan and 
the US is murderously expensive. 

This means that reselling a cel unless its 
prohibitive for the buyer unless its one of those 
$100  cels where shipping is only a small 
component.

Also cels from some series I like (Utena, 
Kenshin) are gormlessly expensive. So I tend to 
buy only one cel a month or less on average.  
(Thank God for Rayearth & Slayers!)

For really expensive cel auction on YahooJP and 
ebay. I've never managed to win...(sniff!) Moans 
privately about USD strength.
