You have to ask Tomo directly about trade-in and 
prices.  I only help him as a favor to spread the 
words out to CB collectors, that's it.

Keep in mind though, Tomo is only an employee 
working for Mandarake (the largest used 
anime/manga chained stores in Japan).  All these 
cels belong to his company, Mandarake.
