Wow, that's shady!

I could understand a sketch, if it was an 
original cel, I could understand the holes, 
because some people do use the binder method to 
keep the cel and the sketch together (I use tiny 
pieces of duct tape because they don't leave 
residue on the acetate) but PRODUCTION NUMBERS?  

That is SO sketchy! Now I know why so many people 
in here want the blood of fancel artists...
