Dustie, Please do me a favor... Contact the 
Postmaster of your local PO.  Seriously.  I work 
for the post office and it is completely against 
all regulations to leave Express Mail deliveries 
without customer signatures UNLESS the sender has 
checked the box for waiver of signature.  
*Please* do this.  I know that it's not great to 
complain... but seriously, the person was 
completely in the wrong to leave it - and you 
don't want it to happen again..  Thank goodness 
it was found safe and sound though. :)
