Solitude" (the ep where Ryu and Dan are thrown 
into detentin for 24 hours for fighting, and 
happen to wear those wonderful skintight black 
suits the whole time ^^), about 18 minutes and 16 
seconds into the ep, just before an, 
um, "mysterious" little girl runs up and slips 
some candy into Ryu's cel. Screencap below 
(that's what I would base my background from, of 
course ^^).
