I admit that this should happen very seldom but 
it happened to me some months ago. I can 
partially understand that questions sometimes 
aren't answered (or only very slow), but that an 
order isn't replied to (and this even after a 
week later I send them another email asking if 
they have received my order) I completely cannot 
understand. Eventually the cel-dealers get their 
money from the orders of their customers. It 
seems simply illogical to me that an order is 
ignored that consequently. (I don't want to say 
the dealers name here in the forum)

So here's my question: Has something also 
happened to you?
