I found an item on YJ which I was interested in 
buying. The seller said they were willing to ship 
it internationally, so I didn't want to bother a 
deputy service with the request. ^_^ I signed up 
for a YJ account, but... but...

Unlike regular Yahoo! IDs, does YJ have a 
subscription fee? Or do you have to pay to ask 
the seller a question? Something 
about "participation expense". According to 
Babelfish, it says:
"It is necessary to pay participation expense by 
way of this human verification which the JAPAN 
appoints. Participation expense is month amount 
280 Yen (classified by consumer tax)."

Is there a fee to have a YJ account, or is this a 
fee to ask a question? O_o How weird...
