description instead of the auction ? Technic is 
the same as for the Miyazaki cels sold sometime
ago.

As for the price... just for your info, the
You're under arrest, Slayers and other limited
edition cels _are_ hand-painted/hand-inked and
they are sold by shops for 30000 yen or so.
So, no, I don't believe that it's because they
are hand-painted that they are expensive: 
production costs is noever near that high.
