ok, I recently got this cel and as you can see 
it's really really dirty.  The cel is two layers 
that are firmly stuck together at the red of his 
sleeve(I think it may be a correction layer)  
Some of the dirt is on top layer and some on the 
bottom(the white spot on is eyebrow is actually a 
dirt on the top layer)  Does any have any advice 
on how I could clean this cel?  Right now I'm 
afriad to use anything in case chemicals couls 
react and damage the cel.
