P.S. For cels with layers that naturally line up
without any extra help (i.e. all the cel layers
are the same size and just line up fine if you
stack them by themselves), I suggest doing what
Kris said in just putting pieces of cel bags under
the painted portions to prevent sticking.  This
way, all your cels won't look like cel sandwiches
=b.  Remember to make sure the cel bag piece you
put in between the layers covers the back painted
part of the cel that will be going on top PLUS ANY
painted portions on top of the cel layer beneath
(i.e. line highlights, corrections, etc.) because
those can stick to one another as well =P.  I hope
