I went to a local cel shop the other day, and 
was "forced", oh well..,'convinced' to purchase 
this cel ...that I have no idea of who this is ^-
^. It is in mint condition and looks great, and 
all, but all that I could get out of the shop 
manager was, that this was a popular TV anime in 
Japan (50 episodes or so), And the title in 
Japanese, but I could not remember seeing it! Any 
guesses??
