(Japan time). The cel is an over-sized, front 
shot of Presea from the first season. And, more 
important, the seller is willing to ship oversea.

ps: There is still three Presea cels from second 
season on YJ. One of them is a over-sized, full 
body shot of Presea. If I'm correct, it is from 
the 1st ep. of the second season. The seller 
say "will not ship internationally". If 
correspondence is in Japanese, he is willing to 
ship oversea. Because I've asked and have won two 
word worth cels from him.
