Hes trying to determine what the current market 
value of a cel like that is worth right now. He 
didn't really wanna sell it,hence the unrealistic 
price. He knew no one would be able to buy it(Set 
the reserve very high) but he could determine 
what people would be willing to pay (how much the 
high bidder would go to get it).
