Yes, it is indeed the "yousei" (fairy) epa (I 
say "eps", because, if I recall, it was a two 
episode arc, Fish Eye having been chased away by 
Dian in he first ep XD). I believe that's from 
his first appearence in ep 137, when he's teasing 
the artist.
