I should have used the word inexpensive. 
Price doesn't always indicate quality. Like Drac, 
some of my nicest/favorite cels have 
been "cheapies."  In fact, one of my cutest 
Hikaru cels was only $5!  (I don't have a picture 
that I can show, sorry.)
