I realized while perusing that this cel is also 
of a character incognito. It's Fish Eye showerng 
after encountering Diana to try and get the feel 
of "cat" off of himself (swearing that when they 
rule the world, he'll kill all the cats ^^;;).

Look at Fish Eye's ears...they're not pointy. And 
his bendhi mark thingy is not on his forehead, 
and neither are his cheekmarks...

Apparently (and this is something I only noticed 
because I own a cel fomr that sequence) he's in 
such a hurry to get the icky feeling off, he 
doesn't even bother to transform back XD He just 
tears his dress off ^^;; I think that's a nice 
touch...
